Living on the East Coast of Canada with my very talented fiance, Jamie, who is both a writer and designer and our adorable, but crazy, Jack Russell Terrier, Emmy Jane.  I've been working in the Public Relations industry for the past decade or so and I love it as it is such a creative and strategic industry and therefore allows me to feed the creativity monster that lives within.

I believe that creativity is within everyone and it's important to let that out, even if it is in little ways.  I've always leaned toward creative activities and now I bounce from project to project.  Which keeps my mind busy but can also be extremely frustrating at times. For the most part, my creative endeavours are a way to wind down from the stresses of everyday life and get away from the world for just a little bit.  Sometimes, when my brain gets ahead of me, they only cause more stress and then it's time to bounce to the next one.
